I've had fantastic service every time I've gone here - the staff are friendly and impeccably professional
I love this place! I've been to A LOT of nail salons but I can say that this is the best! I know there a few negative reviews but I was actually present at one of the incidents claiming bad service. The way I saw it was, it was close to closing and the was a line for pedicures. A woman left saying that she was going somewhere else and took her own name off the list. She came back later, demanding service and the workers said "I'm sorry, we thought you went somewhere else!" They handled it very professionally and I absolutely love the nails they do.
I happened to go to Tiffany's Nails when it was the day before my wedding and I ran out of time to make an appointment elsewhere. I went with my mom without an appointment and was told a good time to come back for help. Once we came back, we were quickly helped by the polite staff. My mom and I were both happy with our mani/pedis and the price is a steal!
Truly the worst customer service experience My wife has had. She left crying.
I give them a one because I can't give them a zero. My wife went in and they told her it was an hour long wait, she returned an hour later I was told it would be an additional 40 minutes. It turns out that they had failed to sign her in. It was the end of the day and my wife was concerned about getting home so she called another nail salon. The employees at Tiffany's got angry with her and removed her from the list and refused to serve her because she made a call to another nail salon.
My husband bought me a gift certificate for a decent sum where I had already used it twice and had $45 left. I had no problems the first two times. Then lately I tried to call several times to make an appointment, I also tried to go after grocery shopping 3 separate times, each time they were closed during posted business hours. I thought I'd give it another try this morning.... they wouldn't take the gift certificate as it was expired. I tried to explain I'd called and come by before and the only response was "no, no.... " disappointing.
