Went in for two boys hair cuts. Gave a quick explanation to Codie (hairstylist) about what I wanted for my older child and thought she was set as I focused on my younger child with the second stylist. When my older child came to the front, Codie already had another customer in her chair. My older child’s hair was not cut as I requested and so we waited for the stylist to wrap up with the next customer. I was standing at the counter as Codie finished at the cash register with her second customer. Another male customer walked in and Codie oooked right over us and to greet the new customer. I excused her behavior as a work culture push to greet each customer but was very unhappy with their services. Who cuts a child’s hair and then moves on without notifying the adult that is Paying for the service!? Their hair cuts were $12 each- for $2 more dollars, I can drive around to Sports Clips and feel like my business is appreciated. I went to Great clips on the recommendation of a friend but will not be going back. Also, Codie did correct my older child’s hair but too late- opportunity missed.
We take all our (five) kids to get their haircuts here all the time. For what you pay, they do good work. Anytime a haircut wasn't done correctly, they always make it right and are happy to do so. I appreciate that they always ask the parent what they want first.

Walked in 2 min after closing and called before hand. I was leaving for two weeks out of country and needed a haircut for business. Asked politely while two others stylists were cutting individuals hair. Called as I was racing to get there. Told if I was 1-2 min late they would get me in. I'll never refer or go this this location again. This is a new location and had my haircut there 6 weeks ago. Disappointed the first time angry the second time! This is one great clips that I have no interest in going back. Not sure I really have any interest in going to other locations. I'm sure they could care less about me but they lack any kind of quality customer service.
I have never been so irate about a hair-cutting experience in my life. I went in to get my undercut trimmed and was charged for a full haircut. Cherylee's justification was that "she had to cut into the hair." The rest of my hair was already up in a bun, so all Cherylee had to do was buzz down my pre-existing undercut. As I was walking out with my preschooler, she and two other employees were standing together and made snarky comments about me and my kid. I absolutely would not recommend this facility to anyone.
The staff are all quite friendly! As soon as my sons and I walked in, they were eager to help, and we left with smiles. My youngest has been growing his hair out for years and wanted to chop it off and donate it. The staff were all very knowledgeable about how to go about doing that. It was an all around fun experience.
