Buying a car from Kentson was easy, efficient, and fun. The staff was professional but low key, answering questions but leaving the decisions to me. Because I had done my research in advance, I knew the make and model I wanted, so all I had to do was pick the color. Their prices are extremely competitive, so there was no need to negotiate. I was in and out with my new car in about half an hour.
The car I ended up purchasing had a price that was a few thousand lower than what I saw comparable cars listed for at other dealerships as well, which was an added benefit. During my test drive I must have run over a serious piece of metal because the back driver side tire had a big chunk missing. Kentson didn't come down on me and ask me for money, they went out and put a complete new set of tires (really nice tires btw) on the car without asking for a dime. Truly exceptional customer service.
This is our second vehicle purchase from Kentson and was just as easy. Their staff is amazing and so much different than your typical car sales people. These guys are down to earth, no pressure people and treat you with respect. The whole process is simple, and you won’t find a better price out there. Why anyone buys elsewhere, I’ll never know.

We have been looking for a Toyota Highlander for the past few months but it is a popular vehicle with a hefty price tag. When we found one listed at Kentson we went right over (our weeks of searching had proved that Highlanders don't sit for long). Our experience was awesome. The car was great, in the color we wanted with most of the upgrades were had been looking for. The low pressure environment and haggle free low pricing was the perfect experience. Our customer service rep, Tanner, was amazing. Our previous experience at Kentson, when we had looked at some other vehicles we decided not to pursue, had shown us that we could walk away without hassle or pressure. Since we loved the Highlander Tanner was there to assist us with the purchase and arrange the financing (he even matched the best interest rate from our credit union). We were in and out in under an hour. A new record for us with a car purchase. I highly recommend Kentson. If they have the vehicle you want, you are unlikely to find a better price or have a better experience anywhere else.
They are a no pressure, test drive by yourself, one price, one salesman shop. My understanding is that the salespeople there are not paid on commission, and they certainly didn't act like it. I worked with Kelly, and he was very professional, attentive, and responsive to the myriad of questions I had about the car I purchased.

All in all for the price, quality of inventory, service, and no pressure atmosphere, I would recommend this dealership without hesitation to family and friends. As long as I live in Utah, I won't buy from another dealership.
