I purchased a car last summer. I can not say that it was a good experience, although I am happy with the car. The salesman Rick was a real jerk. My friend that took me there had purchased two cars in the past. Sitting in their office with that friend, I flipped over the business card from the desk which says that they will pay a friend or family member $100.00 if that person buys a car. Well, I bought a car but my friend never got his $100. Even when the owner stated that he owed the money. I called several times about this, but no reply. They should really take that off of their cards.
I bought a car from Incredible Auto Sales 3 years ago before they moved to their new location and had a perfect car buying experience. Went back a few days ago to buy my 16 year old a car and had a completely different experience! Test drove a car that had a horrible thump in the rear wheel area, the saleswoman said she would have it looked at and get back to us. 2 hours later she TEXTED us to let us know that they "think" it is the spare tire bumping around because it was missing a bolt. I asked her if she actually had it looked at because we were still interested in purchasing the car, and she never got back to me. Will not be a return customer. Horrible customer service.
Rick and his staff were incredibly straight-forward and honest, and there was never any pressure to buy. Got a great deal on our used Lincoln for almost $3,000 under Blue Book. Rick even threw in some cash to pay for gas
My fiance bought a car from Incredible Auto Sales about a year ago before they moved to their new location and had a perfect car buying experience. Went back to purchase another vehicle from them and had an awful experience. We were told the VIN was clean on a vehicle we were extremely interested in purchasing. Made up a story about a few noticeable knacks on the car. Upon checking ourselves, the car had been in multiple accidents, with a total loss reported. Not trustworthy. They never returned our phone call. Dan was a great salesman, it's a shame he's no longer working in sales. Will not be a return customer.
We have nothing but good things to say about this place! They were super helpful and always nice. They got us the best deal on our car and a good interest rate. They answered all of our questions and made buying our car nice and easy. I would recommend them for sure!
