If you're lucky enough to get a unit here, you'll be very pleased with the service, friendliness, and cleanliness of this facility. The owner, Gary, is very good at communicating and helping wherever he can. This place is exactly what we were looking for in a storage unit and the pricing is better than other places nearby. Highly recommended.
I have been a customer at Nichols Self Storage since 2012. I continue to be a customer even though I moved 25 miles away in the past year. Geary's dedication to keeping a clean, safe, and secure storage area is second to none and I truly appreciate his loyalty to giving customer service like no other. He is always willing to give a helping hand however he can and is more than fair when dealing with difficult transitions. It's absolutely worth the travel miles to stay at Nichols Self Storage. Nichols Storage has been in business since January of 2006. Geary Nichols believes that the most important thing about owning a business is customer service. He makes sure that when his customers see how well maintained the property is, along with the courtesy and commitment level that he has, that people value their place there and don't want to leave. He spends a lot of time on-site managing, maintaining and helping customers with anything that they need.
You wouldn't find a cleaner, better managed storage units in the area. Nichols storage is top of the list. Well kept units and grounds. Everything down to the grass in the front of the unit is always kept up to "like new" standards. The owner is fair and honest.
