For quick Mexican food, this place is a favorite of ours. The rolled tacos and horchata are amazing. Good food at a great price.
If your friend asks if you want to go to betos at 3 am. definitely go, great bonding experience. you might regret it later that day, but not because the food is bad, the burritos are just massive. maybe share one ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Stopped at Beto's tonight. I was excited to get home and eat the veggie burrito I had ordered starving after a night out I devoured a third of the burrito then realized my veggie burrito was not just what I ordered. I made sure to ask when ordering if no meat was in the veggie burrito & very clearly is chicken! As I have been vegetarian for over 3 years not only is it against my beliefs but now I am starting to get physically sick I've already thrown up once and my stomach is aching and pain! I called to talk to the store manager and he told me I could come back in right now and get food?! Clearly being this sick I'm not going to come back in tomorrow to get food and he hung up on me. I will be pursuing this further!
Went here because we heard the burritos were pretty good. Got the chicken burrito, it was huge. But that's not the problem, the problem was that there were massive handfuls of chicken wrapped in this "burrito".. And that is all there was...Chicken. No rice or beans, nothing. I'm talking enough chicken for probably 4 or more people to eat for dinner... $8 for a lot of nasty chicken in a simple flour tortilla.
I ordered 1 Carne Asada Taco, and 1 Chorizo Taco, they usually both come with fresh salsa and Guacamole, but this time the Chorizo taco had American Cheese melted on it, which is not something I like nor something I will order again, and for some reason the food is only lukewarm by the time I get home, so I always have to reheat it even thou I live less than a mile away.
