Great customer service
Worst customer service. I went to pick up some paint for a guy who shops this location for his commercial paint business. He’s spends thousands there and when I gave his name, the person behind the counter gave me a puzzled look and said I’ve never hear of him. Then he says to his coworker, “have you heard of him” and his coworkers says “never heard of him”. He then looks at me and says my one bucket of paint will be $236.51. Not only poor customer service.. but a complete rip off. Lesson learned.. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. I hope enough people stop going to this store and put them out of business.
I was impressed with their prices, speed, quality of paint, and excellent prices on many painting accessories that the big boxes do not have. I got stuff here I had been looking for forever. Tip: Check on their website for a coupon. I got 30% off paint and 15% off accessories. I'm sure it's a cycling deal.
