I went to Fadels to purchase my wife’s (then fiancé) ring and from start to finish it was an enjoyable and painless experience! They had a great selection for all price ranges and I was able to get an amazing deal on a ring that draws compliments for my wife daily! I had such a good experience that we went back for my ring as well and they were kind enough to even allow me to borrow a loaner ring for my wedding because of how indecisive I was. This gesture in addition with the friendly service and great price earns a 5 star rating from me all day. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking that you go and check them out!

I was extremely pleased with Dave and his staff. I went with my fiance to look for her engagement ring. It was first place that we went and we went to a few other places such as Ari Diamonds, Jareds, Smiths Jewelry, and a few more. No other place made us feel as comfortable and welcome as Fadels. We had all the time we wanted and felt no pressure at all to buy anything. I'm pretty sure we looked at almost every ring because my fiance loved so many of the rings. She decided on one that we could not find anywhere else and it turned out perfect. If anyone is looking for a great no pressure place to look for rings with the highest customer service I'd suggest going to Fadels.
Have always had a great experience there. Bought mine and my husbands rings there 6 years ago and have recommended it to everyone. They are so helpful, honest and not pushy. They clean for free and replated my ring, making it look like new. The quality of the diamond is better than the other places we had originally looked at. Most definitely recommend!
