Pro though, I thought my nurse in the ER was nice.

My needs were met before I knew I needed something...obviously the coordination and the efficiency provides that almost just in time type of care.

I appreciate the care, I feel it gave me a huge step up in recovery once I got home. I would highly recommend Lakeview to anyone considering joint replacement surgery.

Staying overnight one night, I felt totally cared for, watched over, helped out and pain free. I was accompanied to physical therapy...a wonderful experience to be with 8 or so other hip replacement patients experiencing the same next day excellent care and discussed the experience during exercise.

I live in woods cross so this is the closest hospital to me. I have been to this hospital for almost everything I have needed when no comes to healthcare. There staff is amazing and knowledgeable, they treat you well and take care of your issues quickly when they are not busy. I understand when a hospital is busy it may take time to get to the lesser problems. Thank you for all the years of great service and I hope to continue to come here in the future. By the way o really like the remodel.

We received an ER bill a month of two after the visit. This bill was never processed through our insurance so we called Lakeview to see what was going on and they said they would look into it. They told us that if we don't receive anything else in the mail than it was taken care of. We didn't receive anything for almost a year, and then when we have moved to a different location, and changed insurance companies, we receive the same bill in the mail, almost a year later. We call to talk with the billing office and they said they never received anything from the insurance company. We were unable to get all the information needed because it was A YEAR LATER. Turns out, they just sent it to the wrong address. So this bill was just sitting there for a year, nothing was fixed and since we never received anything we thought it was all okay when it wasn't.

I have so much appreciation for the care I was given at Lakeview Hospital after my hip revision surgery January 16, 2017. Because I have had other surgeries at other places I can specifically say that Lakeview is organized and efficient through the surgical process.

Poor hospital. I went in for an exam, ONE exam. I even paid for the exam up front. Well the radiologist decided to perform a duplicate exam without consenting with me. I didn't even know the second exam happened until guess what, I got a bill for it. I've tried contacting their financial office. One person said they would review my case and get back to me. Guess what? Almost a month later and I haven't heard from anyone. When I call, I get transferred from one person to another. Left a voicemail, no one calls back. Not sure what to do at this point. Nice way to bill a patient with bogus charges.

Technology is great when it works and great work when it doesn't. After using an automated registration kiosk upon entering the ER, I was told by the admitting nurse that the kiosk I just entered all of my info into was not working and we'd have to do it all over again. That's a waste of money and resources by the hospital that are being passed onto the patients. Secondly, my son was seen by the ER nurse and a Physician's Assistant. While the treatment administered was okay, apparently this hospital only "consults" with MD physicians and lets everyone else do the work and then bills as if the MD actually did the work. If I'm being billed for services by a physician, I expect to be treated by a physician.
