Staff is limited, but the prices are great and the selection is awesome! You could spend an hour here and barely scratch the surface. Or you can sit on the furniture while your wife walks around!
Customer service is not good! My husband spent $350 on a patio table and surprised me with it last night, my husband didn't know I had a 10% off on my phone so I took receipt in today to get about $35 back and they wouldn't do it! I called the Sandy store to see what they would say and they said "sure just bring in receipt, not a problem". This just tells me the Bountiful store seems lazy and that they don't value their customers.
Good LORD. This is like Ikea, thank God that the place is in rows. I love the selection at this place, but weirdly, and I am worried about the place, it is WAY TOO OVERPRICED. If it wants to remain in this location it is going to have to come down. Unfortunately, sitting next to TJMaxx and Ross, you can't have Nordstrom style pricing for the same stuff that Ross is selling for 80% less. You will go out of business. Not sure who is your business manager, but rethink it or you will fail in this location.. I cannot imagine all of this stuff in bulk is that expensive. I have been in here several times looking for different items that I found next door for literally 80% less. That is unfortunate. Tuesday Morning has the same problem. We looked for a TV stand when we bought our new house and they were outrageous and no sales? Its weird, but I predict it won't be there for long and you can tell as there are almost no cars in the parking lot and almost no people when you go in there. Fire your biz manager and hire another one!
Horrible customer service. Have always loved the store but one employee named Alli was completely neglectful of customers asking for help with the website to receive coupons and said it was a corporate problem... unwilling to make any next steps into helping with providing a number to call.
Their staff is friendly. There are so many choices the possibilities are endless. I would have a game plan before going in, especially if you are an impulse buyer. Not to say that's a bad thing.
