I love coming here. Very good gym. Busy but it's cause it's so worth it. Nice people. I have only had a pass for about 7 months and then the other day I go in and they tell me my pass expired? And they made me register for vasa again. I tried to get some clarification as to why it made me sign up again and the people didn't hardly tell me why and they left me very confused.
This is one of the better gyms Vasa has. Downfall is I have to either go to the rec center to swim or drive 20 min north or 30 min south to get any kind of pool part of why I joined vasa all the locations had pools where I live previously. Other than the pool issues and the staff not keeping an eye on the the high school kids who probably hang out on the equipment more than they use it this is a good gym. Would love to see gym staff be more proactive about the groups of high school kids hanging out.
if you join this gym, prepare for the WORST experience and customer service of your life.. my wife and i joined 1 year ago only because they told us we would be able to renew at the same price the next year which was a VERY good deal. well, never got any notification or indication that we were about to expire (even though they scan you in themselves) until we had been expired for 2 days.. so i went over to the desk and basically was told i cant renew at my deal price because i had been expired and that i needed to sign up for the NEW $10 per month deal (which if you add in the down pmt and fees, its about $23 per month) RIP OFF!
Love Bountiful Vasa Fitness! It’s not just a gym, but a community! The staff is very knowledgeable, welcoming, and overall very accommodating! They go above and beyond to make their members feel valued! This gym is very clean and maintained, considering some of the gyms I have been too! They have a great selection of machines and the turf area is awesome! I would definitely recommend this place!
Great personal Training. They have many different trainers to match your motivation style which is helpful! Great food in take information as well as work out plans. They really kick your butt :)
