The customer service is AMAZING!!! When you enter the store; you are treated like family!! Every florist I have had interactions with has treated me with compassion and respect. The floral arrangements have this "special touch".
But yesterday was a different story. They made one attempt to deliver the flowers and mom didn't answer the call button and they left. I found out they hadn't been delivered that evening when I finally had to ask mom if she received the flowers.
When all other local flower shops sent us away for a same day order for Homecoming, these guys saved the day and totally over delivered the perfect match for her dress. Totally worth the 20 min drive. I'll be coming back!
Their response, we are just human...True we all are, but try harder to excel before resorting to giving up. We order flowers to be delivered on a specific day for a reason, the next day just isn't good enough.
First let me say that I have used Willow and Wildflowers many times and have been happy with them. I almost wanted to leave my credit card on file for future deliveries.
The WORST customer service. 5 employees standing there and when I walked in and not one says hello they just look up and continue working. Then after I had called ahead that I was coming to pick up certain flowers the girl that brought them to me brought 2 short. I asked for them and the owner quickly snapped at me that they were sold. Very RUDE and over priced. Do not recommend.
We went in the shop with a picture we had printed off of Pinterest. We brought all our own glass bottles to have them fill for the center pieces at our wedding reception. When they arrived everyone was in awe of how gorgeous they were. They exceeded our expectations! Beautiful colors and arrangements! I'm a huge fan of supporting local shops. I will highly recommend Willow and Wildflowers to all my friends and family. Thank you for making our day that much better! You guys really nailed it!!!
This was to a condo and the delivery person could of tried other person in the condo to get in, should have used the phone number to get in (most deliveries know how to do this), could have come back, could of called me and let me know they didn't deliver them and I could have told them how to get in. A few options were available.
