I can echo the statements that the staff aren't very helpful at this location. However they are friendly and do a good job on the shipping side. I suggest bringing a preprinted label and having all your packages prepares before as the packing supplies are plentiful and the employees will not help you find what you need.
It's a nice location and the staff is nice. There is one teenage boy that works here whose just strange and awkward. He's harmless, but definitely weird. I wouldn't leave until my packages are labeled, since he seems easily distracted.
Best way to ship hands down! I lost my receipt with 15 tracking numbers that I had to have. Bonnie took the time to print them all off and then scan them in to email them to me and when I asked to pay for them she thanked me for my business and said not to worry about it. This store goes out of there way to earn your business! Forget the long lines and hassle at the bountiful USPS and go to UPS!
Absolutely terrible service. The manager was screaming at Comcast on the phone and we ended up leaving without shipping our package because we felt like it wasn't safe to have this UPS store ship something for us.
This is the absolute worst UPS shipping site! She hires family and high schoolers who have no idea what they are doing! If there is more than one customer in the store you can expect a huge wait time. Slow, slow, slow. They are not trained properly and often create huge problems and mistakes. Their knowledge of the system and shipping procedures is nil! They constantly require each others help and ask each other questions since no one knows that they are doing. I've had to ask UPS for refunds as some of my overnight shipments never made it on time. My tracking shows that they never put it on the truck until later. It sat in their store for an entire day and a half. This has happened on numerous occasions!!! Go somewhere (anywhere) else if you need to ship a package.
