These guys are the best! My computer got a virus that destroyed my hard drive, but they didn't give up (when others would have) at getting to my home videos that were so precious to me!! To top it off, they granted me some extra time retrieve my other data because the holidays are fast approaching. We appreciate the help of The Universal Computers Staff in setting up our new computer with information from our old computer. There were several challenges with some of the old programs we were running and they were able to get us up and running in a very timely manner at a very reasonable price.
