I was not impressed. They move you through as fast as they can with little concern if your car actually gets clean. I could have lived with it without complaint if I'd spent less but I paid $15! Not worth the cost.
Let me save you money. Go to the wash up the road that is 5 bucks and you will get the same quality. $18 wash, bugs still on the windshield, one guy hand dried half the windshield the other fella missed the windshield completely. Now not only do I have smudges from bugs still, half my windshield is all water spotted. Terribly disappointed for the cost. Would not recommend and will not return.
Was an wash club member till I got in an accident and wasn't allowed to use an automatic wash till repairs were complete. Cancelled in September, was charged then called and was supposed to be refunded. Was never refunded. Charged in October, called they partially refunded for September and October, confirmed this was cancelled. It is now November and was charged again. Called again and had to leave message because no answer during business hours. I can't believe I'm having to deal with this so often. I was going to come back when repairs were completed but now I DEFINITELY WON'T.
They do a great job, I'm there 3X's a week getting my truck cleaned. They could do a better job on windows. They always streat the windows by using the same towel they used to clean your dash.
My favorite car wash in the area. I have their unlimited pass so I can go as often as I need! The wash does a great job, the staff is super friendly and even hand dry your car for you. They have free vacuums, and a few options of washes and details. Always pleased with both.
