I have known Cole for nearly 20 years. He's honest, fair, and very competent. I know that he'll get the job done right. He's the only mechanic in the greater Salt Lake area that I'll recommend.
Great customer service and friendly front counter agent. My car was having some loud noise issue when driving faster than 60 mph. I took it to Cole's and got and estimate of problems as well as cost. After a free inspection from their mechanic, I got an email of the actual problems. Although, my car was at the shop for 3-4 days, I received numerous of updated messages for my car repairs. That was AWESOME! Great customer service and I will definitely continue to my car repairs at Cole's Automotive and Repairs! These guys are FANTASTIC!
Cole was really kind and willing to check a minivan I was thinking about buying. I waited for less than hour. He came back with more information than I had anticipated for a quick check! He went over all of the things he found, gave me an estimate of how much it would be to fix it, and then gave me an honest opinion as to whether or not I was getting a good deal. Cole has been wonderful for our family. My husband's truck was having transmission issues and we thought for sure we needed a new one (and even had Cole order it). Well being good and thorough like he is, he decided to check a part that our truck is known for breaking and found that a simple o ring had broken making thousands of dollars of repairs into a few hundred and were able to do another repair we'd been putting off. Oh, a d it only took a few days! He has helped us numerous times and we'll continue to go to him. Mechanics is ALL about reputation and I'm so glad we've found someone we trust!!
