I had a great experience here. Super helpful and kind service, car was ready for me at 8am. I did call the day before to make sure it would be ready, I think that helped.
Negative 20 stars? Am I allowed to pick that?? This was the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! I was in an accident resulting in a total loss due to the other driver who had hit me. His insurance setup my rental through Hertz. They open at 8am and I called first thing Monday morning (mind you I am at work thinking someone has to be there before 8am to get the place up and running) at 7:50am, 7:55am and 8am, no answer. Finally around 8:15am they answered, I gave them my reservation info. and she did not seem to care and kept blaiming her systems because they weren't up yet. Then she tells me she only has a focus ready to go but I needed to wait an hour for more cars to be done. Okay so I waited, went down around 9:30am (clocking out from work) she was so behind and lazy I only saw one other lady cleaning everything and working while she chatted on the phone with her friends about going on a trip. There were 3 people there when I walked in just waiting. 1. At no point ever did she let me know I had to physically be there waiting to get my car in a timely (YEAH RIGHT) manner. 2. She did tell me that they would have clean cars ready to go in an hour, their parking lot was full of dirty cars with again multiple people waiting. Finally an hour had gone by (an hour of pay that I could've gotten) and she says we are almost ready, oh wait we need to clean it and put gas in it. Finally my car was ready, still dirty too. All I was told was to give a credit card for the deposit, no trips to mexico and sign by the X and handed me the keys. She never once disclosed anything. So now even though I was hit, I am out a couple hundred dollars for the rental car because she didn't do her job right in the first place, oh and the kicker.. SHE DOESN'T EVEN WORK THERE ANYMORE!!! Now I am out a couple hundred, and believe me I've called and get no where. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!
Go anywhere else.
They then give me the keys to the car and it's FILTHY. It looked and smelled like a family of 5 lived in the car for the last month. Their excuse was it was the only car they had and it just came in from the weekend and they didn't have time to clean.
Worst service ever! I was hit, by someone else, and State Farm forces me to use them. Not only did they say they cannot pick me up, but they put me in a car that was filthy. The car reeked of B.O., there was dirty foot prints and animal hair all over the seats, peices of food all over the seats and floor, and I couldn't see out the back window from all the dirt. They told me that it was all they had available and I would have to pay the difference to get a different car. State Farm backed them up. I will never use them again and I am so glad State Farm is not my insurance company!
Literally any other rental location on the planet would've been better than this. I called to have them pick me up at the body shop down the road and they told me I couldn't do that and the body shop had to be the one that called and requested that I be picked up.... Come to find out that's not the policy and they came to pick me up finally.
Uses customers as shuttle drivers. Cars are unkempt and gross. Employees smoke weed and look like they just got out of bed. Very unprofessional. In need of good management. Use Enterprise in Bountiful.
