One of the bankers remembers my face and always makes a point to ask how I'm doing, if they aren't busy, since they know my health situation.
Horrible customer service. Not very bright people working as tellers. Had one tell me they couldn't find the account number (they entered it in wrong), sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes to have them tell me I wasn't an authorized signer on the account when they finally figured it out (I am), and during the down time trying (and failing) to cash a $100 check, the teller couldn't even keep a conversation about cryptocurrency. Thumbs way way down. Head up to Farmington or Layton if you actually want to get helped
Paid off and closed out a credit card a month prior to my bill being due and they still charged me a payment the next month with interest. How am I paying on a zero amount??? What can ya do about it...nothing. One less member here
Great tellers, manager remembers details about me personally, feels like a friendly place. Clean layout. After they closed the branch closer to my home, this one is a little further away, but I keep coming.

I love the indoor ATM on the North side entryway, as you can pull out money in dollar increments, if needed.
